Fortune Small Business: Interviews with Eli Goldratt and others
In 2004, David Whitford, editor at large for Fortune Small Business, conducted a series of interviews with Eli Goldratt and others about the implementation of the Theory of Constraints. These interviews (referred to by many as “case studies”) appeared in both the 20th and 25th anniversary editions of The Goal: A Process of Ongoing Improvement, by Eliyahu M. Goldratt and Jeff Cox, published by North River Press. They do not appear in the 30th anniversary edition of The Goal, but may be downloaded as a PDF below:
